Le salon Made in Franceoffrait sa troisième édition la semaine dernière, Porte de Versailles à Paris. J’ai fait partie des 35.000 visiteurs sur trois jours prouvent l’intérêt grandissant des français pour la production locale. Avec ses trois cents exposants, le MIF est une vitrine assez bigarrée de la production française : des artisans ou auto-entrepreneurs, parfois solitaires (Internet aidant pour les approvisionnements et les livraisons), parfois à l’avant-garde de la technologie comme le Centre de productivité du Mont-Blanc, certaines entreprises retrouvant (ou essayant de retrouver) une nouvelle jeunesse dans la production locale. Au-delà de la production, c’est un nouveau business qui se révèle ici.

Deux exemples. [IN’ BO] (prononcez « un bo », c’est du patois vosgien et ça signifie : « en bois »). Au hasard des études, cinq jeunes venant de toutes les régions de France se retrouvent dans les Vosges, à Épinal. Des passionnés de grand air et de sport. Ils tombent amoureux de la région, rencontrent des gens sympathiques et décident de monter une entreprise de construction d’articles en bois (inbo.fr). Leur vélo route avec cadre en bambou ne pèse que 8,5 kg. Plus résistant qu’un vélo carbone, il a été adopté par le champion du monde Red Hook Crit. Ils construisent aussi des planches à roulettes et des lunettes. Le tout, fait main, et pour le vélo, sur mesure. À voir la foule sur leur petit stand, ils devraient avoir un bon coup de booster après ce salon !

Autre exemple : dualo. Un appareil de musique qui ressemble de loin à un accordéon (mais sans soufflet), une sorte de synthétiseur à bretelles, bourré de capteurs, de mémoires et de connexions pour apprendre aussi la musique et même jouer en réseau. Jules Hotrique, son inventeur, est mathématicien, prof de math en banlieue parisienne et musicien passionné d’harmonie. Il a bénéficié d’une multitude de soutiens pour son innovation. À un visiteur qui lui demandait sur son stand s’il était musicien, il répondit « je suis chef d’entreprise ». Car pour lui, c’est désormais la phase opérationnelle qui commence avec une réputation prometteuse (dualo.org).

Et je ne vous parle pas de mon ami Thomas Huriez et de ses produits 1083, Le Tricolore, ses deux boutiques Modetic et les sept emplois qu’il a créés chez lui ou ses partenaires depuis le début de son aventure dans le textile (1083.fr). Vous en connaissez beaucoup d’entreprises textiles qui ont créé des emplois en France en 2014 ?

Tous ces entrepreneurs prennent la défense de notre planète. Ils ont à cœur en produisant français de réduire la dette de 30.000€ que contracte aujourd’hui chaque français qui naît. Ces gens « ordinaires » malgré leur créativité et leur audace, ont quelques point communs qui sont pour nous des invitations : ils sont profondément intégrés à leur environnement, actifs dans les structures locales ; leurs produits sont le résultat d’une idée simple (ce qui n’exclut pas les défis technologiques) ; enfin, et surtout me semble-t-il, la qualité de leurs relations professionnelles s’exprime dans l’amitié qu’ils offrent à leurs clients et à leurs partenaires. Leur plaisir de vivre et le nôtre en partage, se situent là, c’est incontestable.
